Cart Liner with Hood for Laundry & Shopping - Dark Blue Review

First off, it took two weeks to get. I ordered it with the cart suggested on Amazon, and I got the cart in less then48 hours from when I ordered it (and I ordered it on a Sunday) and I recieved the liner more then two weeks later. The liner is cheap cloth and looks like it's gonna break. I've been putting my pop up hamper in the cart and that fits a lot better. I also thought that as a liner, it would be good for doing laundry in the snow or rain to protect the clothes, nope.. not gonna happen. This liner is very thin and cheap, not worth the 7 or 8 bucks to buy it, and then another 5 or 6 to ship it. How does it cost 6 dollars to ship something so light and have it arive more then 2 weeks later? Don't order this, you will not be happy.
