The cart is one of the most useful items I have ever owned. So useful in fact, that I wanted to give two as Christmas gifts. I placed my order with Stacks & Stacks (Amazon's distributor for this item) on Dec 2. On Dec 19, I called and talked to customer service, my order is still unshipped.
