The cotter pins on the front wheels slip out if you push them in all the way, then the wheels fall off, but it's easy to repair. Once the back wheels are on, they should never be a problem.The front wheels, when installing, it's axel, washer, wheel,washer.The back wheels are installed, axel, washer, spring, washer, wheel, washer,cap, pin.Once you push the pin through the holes on the cap and axel,Don't forget to open the pin and use a screwdriver to push it flat side to side.This cart is also great for walking to the Farmers Market or grocery store.
