I have two of these carts - this one and the predecessor to this one.The predecessor was larger - that is same width but deeper (back to front) and that makes a lot of different in what can be put in it.The older bag does not have the zippered compartment on the front - but I have found I do not use this zippered compartment. They are sturdy bags - the 3-wheels really do the trick in getting items up the stairs without breaking your back.I occasionally put larger boxes on the frame (that could not go inside the bag) using bungy cords and that works well too.All in all this cart was a lifesaver for me when I lived upstairs in an apartment building (without an elevator) and I'd have 10-12 bags from the local grocery store to get up the stairs - I could do it in 2 trips instead of 3 or 4 - and without strain or the heavy bag handles digging into my cars as I try to carry them.I bought the second cart and now I can do it in one trip - easy enough to wheel each cart with one hand.I have to leave one cart at the bottom of the stairs while I take the first cart up - then go down and get the cart left and take it up - but all in all - I can do it in one trip. This newer version of the cart has a place to slip in a closed umbrella on the left side which you can see in the picture (above the triple wheels).
Now I live in a house and park in the basement below, but I still occasionally use the carts to bring items up the basement stairs to the kitchen.I would rate the older larger bag a 5 star - this newer bag gets 3-4 stars due to the smaller size. But I have not found anything else that can make carrying heavy, multiple items up the stairs as easy as this cart.I am glad to have found them.

My Mom needed a cart on wheels to carry grocery bags from her parking area to her cottage in a semi-large complex. She didn't want a heavy one or one which is difficult to collapse and which takes a lot of room in her car.I searched Amazon, and ran across these foldable trolleys. They are very compact, a little larger than a magazine, and it all folds up into itself. The color selections and patterns were wonderful.I just gave it to my Mom for her birthday, so not sure how it will hold up.The canvas material looks like good quality and fold-in wheels look like they will roll freely.Hopefully it will last her a while and it will be easy for her to use. :)
